Our guarantee

If you are not completely happy with our service, then please tell us within 48 hours so we can access the situation and sort a quick and satisfactory solution.

We strive to provide the very highest level of customer care and will be in regular contact before, during and after the work on your property or business has been completed to ensure that you are kept fully up to date throughout

All our staff are fully vetted and insured

Our training and working practices are designed to ensure that we comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

Payments

Domestic

Payment can be by standing order, Cheque, Bacs or cash. Monthly payments via BACS or cheques must be paid no later than 30 days after the clean unless agreed by company. Please note, late payments may be subject to charges of 10% of the total cost of the clean per week. (i.e. £40 monthly payment, £4.00 per week would be charged)

Commercial

Payments can be sent via Bacs or Cheque

All payments are due 30 days after date of invoice

There is a 25% non-refundable deposit payable 30 days prior to commencement for all non-contractual work.

Late payments will be subject to 10% surcharge added weekly

Please note after 80 days of non-payment, all accounts will be passed to our debt collection agency. This will, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% to cover the cost of recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement

Additional services

Special requests for additional services should be made with a minimum of 24 hours before a service day. This ensures that the work can be carried out and payment terms have been agreed.

Public or Bank Holidays or adverse weather

If your scheduled service day falls on a public or bank holiday, then this clean will commence as usual unless we tell you prior to this date.

During adverse weather we may have to reschedule your work, but will be in contact to arrange a suitable alternative date.

Customer Obligations

To provide a safe working environment. During the contract and for a period of 12 months thereafter, the client will not approach any SCC Contractors in reference to employment Ease of access to avoid delays and possible additional charges.

Cancellations

3 working days’ notice minimum for all domestic clean to avoid potential additional charges cancellation charges, 2 working days 25%, 1 working day 50%, Same day in advance 50%, upon arrival 100% Cancellations for all commercial contract cleans will be dependent upon each individual terms and conditions agreed at the time of the contract.

Insurance

Full public liability & employer’s liability Consequential loss of keys insurance Accidental damage insurance, subject to an excess of £250.

Our Contract

All commercial contracts are for a minimum of 12 months and will be auto renewed unless 3 months written notice is received in advance.
